I am Bettina, a certified Reiki Master and trainer. I received the name Amodini, which means “the one who brings happiness and joy”, from one of my main teachers in India. Reiki is a magical and scientifically based method of balancing energy and healing oneself and others. It is an important tool for my wellbeing that I am passionate about sharing with others.

Our Reiki 1 & Reiki 2 courses last 2 days each, for 4.5 hours per day. Unlike short 1-day Reiki courses or Reiki 1 & 2 weekend courses, we allow sufficient time for practice, questions and understanding of Reiki theory, history and philosophy. Course participants will have the opportunity to experience this healing energy for themselves in self-treatments and practice healing others. This will enable you to feel confident and empowered in using Reiki on all levels.
Reiki Level 1: 2 days / 4.5 hours per day
Reiki Level 2: 2 days / 4.5 hours per day
This is the mastery level. The attunements given at this level are very powerful. Prerequisite is: Reiki degree 1 & 2.
The vibration of the student’s energy is raised again and the Master symbol is taught. You do not have to dedicate yourself to teaching others to become a Reiki Master. This degree can be taken for your own pleasure and benefit.

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique developed in 1922 by Japanese Buddhist Mikao Usui, designed to decrease stress, increase relaxation, and promote holistic health.
It is administered by ‘palm healing’ or ‘hands-on healing’ and is based on the concept that unseen life force energy flows through each of us and is what enables us to be alive.
Through the use of this technique, Reiki masters transfer universal energy in the form of qi (Japanese: ki) through the palms, which they believe allows for self-healing and a state of equilibrium. If our life force energy is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stressed; if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
Reiki treats the whole person — body, emotions, mind, and spirit — and has a wealth of beneficial effects, including increased relaxation and feelings of peace, security, and wellbeing.
